8号走第二次剩5分钟时把葡萄干放进去,这样可以让葡萄干均匀分布在面团,走完后直接把刀子,面团拿出来整形再放回桶里关电关盖发酵60分钟,最后按12号bake35分钟。基本上面包发酵好后就不要再碰它了,怕会泄气,烘好就面包就不够软了。
