Digi Super Long Life

Shortcut Key: *128*1*7*3# 
This feature is available for DiGi® Best Prepaid subscribers only



To activate DiGi Super Long Life via *128#:
Step 1: You must have at least RM35 in your account.
Step 2: Dial *128# and then press call.
Step 3: Reply 1 for My Account.
Step 4: Reply 7 for Talktime Services.
Step 5: Reply 3 for Super Long Life.
Step 6: Reply 1 for Super Long Life RM30 (365 days).
Step 7: Press 1 to confirm that you have selected RM30.00 with 365 days validity.
Notes:
Thank you for choosing Super Long Life. You now have one less thing to worry about
for the next 365 days!
Received a confirmation SMS from Digi 2900. Your validity purchase of 365 days for RM30.00 is successful. Your new date of expiry is XX/XX/2014.

This feature is available for DiGi® Best Prepaid subscribers only

use *128*1*4#  option to change plan   (DiGi® Best Prepaid Plan)

then only subscribe to  the rm30 (365days) super long life.    (Have just done it. 4 Jan 2014)

  1. But I got only one option.. after changing to best prepaid v4, the super long life obly shows rm5 for 30 days.. can u check yours again?

  3. One option (RM5) display means your credit balance is less than RM35. The second option of RM30 will appear once you have topped up to more than RM35 in your account.

    2. my account has more than RM100 but I only see 1 option which is the RM5 option

  4. If u can't find the Super Long Life option, it means u will have to upgrade ur Call plan from ver.3 to ver.4 . Once upgrade is done it will first deduct RM3 from ur balance for this upgrade, then u will find the Super Long Life option in My Account-Talktime service menu.

  6. Super Long Life Latest, just done on 1/2/2015.

    Press *128# call, then my account press 1 send, then call plan press 4 send.
    Change call plan to Digi Best Prepaid to v4 cost RM3;
    Then subscribe to validity 365 days cost another RM30, press 1 to confirm.

ERM can you help me?The account is not on this phone but my other non-internet-connection phone so I ask by using this phone.I have already upgrade my Digi best prepaid to v4 but when I call *128*1*7#,there is only 2 choices for me.1(talktime transfer) and 2(talktime advance).What should I do to get the 3(super long life)?

    2. Hi YS, today (27 April 2015) when I changed plan from V3 to V4 again, I got to see 3 choices. The 3rd choice is super long life. But I remember very clearly that I have changed plan from V3 to V4 on the 1 Feb 2015. Some how my call plan was revert back to V3 without much notice. Something must have gone wrong with Digi record. Would like to get more feedback from others if you face the same problems like Ys and I. Thanks.

  9. I have just subscribed Digi Super Long Life for 365 days on the 1 Feb 2015. (Please refer to my post above). Surprisingly I received an SMS from Digi 2901 today ( 27 April 2015) stating that "Your prepaid card will be suspended on 27/04/2015. Reload to stay connected." How could it be? Contacted customer service immediately trying to sort things out, but could not solve the problem because according to Digi, the record showed my last Super Long Life was done on the 26 April 2014. Again, if I were to refer to my record posted erlier, I did Super long Life on the 4 Jan 2014. What has gone wrong with the Digi record? At last ......I have NO CHOICE, but have to subscribe to the Super Long Life again today. It is really ridiculous for me to do it twice within three months... And one more thing, I have changed plan from V3 to V4 on 1 Feb 2015, now I found out my phone plan was still V3 and have to change to V4 again before subscribing Super Long Life for 365 days. Hello Digi, please check if your customers' records have been hacked or manipulated. Thanks.

    1. Today I receive sms again from digi stating my prepaid card will be suspended on 26 April 2016- tomorrow. When I tried to proceed with Super Long Life, cant find the choice seems they want me to "change plan to V4' another time. Means each time we subscribe super long life (Now RM38 instead of RM30)weneed to change plan that cost RM3 in addition to RM38 ?

  10. Called up Digi Helpline. Spoke to Digi consultant. Was told to do this: *128*1*7*3# >>> send. (Already having call plan V4, so do not have to change call plan again this time.) Successful! -26 April 2016-
