Whether your car is on the level road or on the slope, the correct way of parking should be:
① Press the brake paddle of the vehicle
② Engage into N position (Neutral or Free Gear)
③ Pull the hand brake
④ Release the brake paddle and ensure the car does not slide
⑤ Turn off the engine
⑥ Engage into the P position (Parking)
Most people engage into the P position first, then pull the brake handle and off the engine. This method is not encouraged.
