坚持做10件小事 你的人生将大不同




1. Stay positive. 
保持积极乐观的心态。

2. Ask yourself when you wake up every morning: What are the three most important things I need to do today that will help me create the success I desire?
每天早上起床的时候,问问自己:今天我要做哪三件可以助我成功的事情?

3. Focus on learning, loving, growing and serving.
专注于学习、关爱、成长和服务。

4. Mentor someone and be mentored by someone.
指导别人,同时也接受别人的指导。

5. Stop complains. Complaining is like vomiting. Afterwards you feel better but everyone around you feels sick.
停止抱怨,抱怨就跟呕吐一样,你自己舒适了,可你周围的人都跟着遭殃。

6. Read more books than you did last year.
今年比去年多读点书。

7. Get more sleep.
保证睡眠时间。

8. Each day focus on what you want to do, not what you have to do. Life is a gift not an obligation.
每天关注在你想做什么,而不是你要做什么。生活是恩赐而不是义务。

9. Each night before you go to bed complete the following statements: I am thankful for __. Today I accomplished__.
每晚临睡前完成如下陈述:我对__充满感恩。今天我完成了__。

10. Smile and laugh more. Enjoy the ride.
微笑大笑,珍惜你的人生之旅。
